    1/21/2012: After having a super heavy dinner last night, I decided on something a bit lighter & yummy: soba noodles with a peanut (kinda) Satay sauce. Instead of the green beans that I usually serve with it; I took an easier route and had peas. This was much nicer to my tummy than the hamburger from last night.
